My floral paintings are deeply inspired by my paternal grandmother, Daisy—the greatest influence in my life. She taught me many wonderful things, but most of all, she showed me what it feels like to be loved unconditionally.

We spent time together picking flowers, and through those moments, I learned to truly see their beauty. Florals, especially daisies, became symbols of warmth, love, and connection for me. When I paint flowers, I am honoring those memories and the joy, tenderness, and quiet beauty she brought into my life.
